At Sithangi Collection, we focus on delivering high-quality customized products. Please read our return policy carefully.
1. Customized Products
- All customized items (mugs, T-shirts, photo frames, prints, etc.) are non-returnable and non-refundable
- Because they are made specifically according to your request
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
We accept returns or replacements only if:
- The product is damaged during delivery
- The wrong item was delivered
- There is a printing defect or quality issue
👉 In such cases:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product
- Provide photos as proof
3. Refund/Replacement Process
- Once approved, we will:
- Replace the item OR
- Provide a refund (depending on the situation)
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
4. Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be cancelled before production starts
- Once printing/design work has started, cancellation is not allowed
5. Delivery Charges
- Delivery fees are non-refundable
- If replacement is approved, we will cover the delivery cost
6. Customer Responsibility
- Please ensure:
- Correct spelling, images, and design details
- High-quality images are provided
- We are not responsible for errors approved by the customer
